About Middlebrook
Middlebrook is Iowa’s first “agrihood”, a community designed around agriculture. Here, neighbors can connect through shared green spaces, a community garden, The Mercantile (a local market and gathering space), and unique food, beverage and agritourism experiences like Fridays at the Farm and seasonal events. Cumming is quickly becoming a hub where agriculture, community and entrepreneurship meet – from Iowa Distilling Company to Wilson’s Orchard & Cidery’s new expansion.
